The Audit Committee assists the Commission in fulfilling its corporate governance and oversight responsibilities relating to accounting and reporting practices.The Committee meets four times per year. Meetings are held from 12:00 noon - 2:00 p.m. in the Duveneck Conference Room (above Commission Chambers) at 20 W Pike St. Covington, KY 41011 unless otherwise noted.
