COVINGTON - The Caroline Underpass will be closed to all traffic except for emergency vehicles beginning tomorrow. A signed detour will be in place prior to the closure and access to all residential buildings will be maintained. The intersection of 34th and Caroline will also be closed to all traffic except for emergency vehicles. The closure will remain until the reconstruction of the roadway has been completed. Emergency vehicle access will be maintained.
