The City's Housing Development Office has finalized its Draft PY2013-14 Comprehensive Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). This report is the DRAFT of the City's Program Year (July 1, 2013 – June 30, 2014) for all CDBG and HOME-funded programs.
