On September 29, 2017, the City of Covington/Northern Kentucky HOME Consortium will submit its 2016-2017 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. 

The CAPER evaluates the progress of the City in meeting the objectives outlined in its Consolidated Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for the City of Covington and Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) for the Northern Kentucky HOME Consortium cities of Ludlow, Covington, Newport, Bellevue, and Dayton. 

The CAPER is available for public comment from September 15, 2017 through September 29, 2017. Assistance can be provided to those with limited English speaking capabilities or individuals with hearing or vision impairments. To view the draft CAPER, click here or on the link below.
