Under general supervision, the IT Help Desk Support will provide first line support for employees, following processes to document and resolve technical issues relating to hardware, software, network, or general computer usage. Position will work regularly with City employees and vendors, efficient communication skills are necessary.
Experience:
- Help Desk: 1 year OR on going education in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Sciences, Database Management, Computer Sciences, or the like.
Education:
- High school or equivalent
