The human resource generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the HR Director and HR Manager. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee recruitment, file maintenance, testing, and general administrative duties.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Associates degree and a minimum of 2 years human resource experience, or a bachelor’s degree in human resource management or similar field and one (1) year experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
