COVINGTON, Ky. -- Landscape and maintenance worker Cory Herron, left, and technician Hector Klette from Covington's Public Works Department attached this banner today to the side of the buildings at Pike Street and Madison Avenue, deepening the public speculation over what is going in the spot.

The City bought the buildings in late October "with the intention of reselling the property to a developer who plans to renovate the site."
