COVINGTON, Ky. - Here’s a reminder: The City of Covington wants feedback on interactions you’ve had with employees of City Hall.
The City’s website has a link to a short Customer Satisfaction Survey that includes a couple of questions, a numerical rating, and a place for comments.
Well more than 100 people have used the survey so far to rate the City’s responsiveness to issues related to tax questions, property complaints, infrastructure problems and other subjects raised during phone calls, visits to City Hall, and email communication.
As part of an ongoing focus on customer service, managers and department directors read the responses to gain insight on providing better public service, City Manager David Johnston said.
“The more responses we get, the more help this survey gives us,” Johnston said. “We’re looking for specific suggestions on how we can better interact with residents and businesses when they call or stop in.”
The survey can be directly accessed
