COVINGTON, Ky. - Here's an ongoing reminder: If you've interacted with City Hall employees, we want to hear about it.
The City's website has a link to a short Customer Satisfaction Survey that includes a couple of questions, a numerical rating, and a place for comments.
Some 130 people have used the survey so far to rate responsiveness to issues and concerns raised during phone calls, visits to City Hall, and email communication.
Details and specific suggestions are helpful, since managers and department directors read the responses to gain insight on providing better service to our residents.
