COVINGTON, Ky. – Trash will be picked up today in the City of Covington but recycling won’t.

 

Nevertheless, you should place both of your carts (trash and recycling) at the curb on your regularly scheduled collection day, and crews from Rumpke Waste & Recycling will empty the carts as soon as they’re able.

 

Rumpke, which holds the City’s waste-hauling contract, said its crews are being delayed by snow and other weather-related challenges.

 

In other words, be patient.
