COVINGTON, Ky. – If you hear sirens and “horns” sounding off in west Latonia this evening, don’t be alarmed.

Interplastic Corp. at 3535 Latonia Ave. will be conducting fire alarm and fire extinguisher training after 6:30 p.m., according to a “General Alert” sent by the Fort Wright company to the Kenton County Emergency Communications Center.

Covington fire officials are passing the notice on to Latonia residents to avoid confusion and anxiety.
