A Special Meeting of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board will be held in person on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. at City Hall, 20 W. Pike Street, Covington, KY 41011 for the purpose of a presentation by the City ABC Administrator regarding 2:30 a.m. permit for The Well and discussion of the City ABC Administrator's recommendations.
