COVINGTON, KY – The City of Covington Solid Waste & Recycling Department, Department of Public Improvements/Urban Forestry Division, Keep Covington Beautiful and Rumpke Waste & Recycling are offering Covington residents two ways to recycle natural Christmas trees this year.
