  COVINGTON, KY - This morning, Tuesday, April 18, Congressman Thomas Massie and Mayor Joseph U. Meyer participated in a tour of the IRS flat top facility to help achieve a better understanding of the facility and its potential post-closing. Located at 201 W. Rivercenter Blvd., the IRS flat top facility is scheduled to close September 2019.
